Swimwear & Intimate Items

Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear and intimate items are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items under any circumstances.

Non-Swimwear Items

For non-swimwear items purchased at regular price, we offer exchanges only within 15 days of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Must be returned in original packaging

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped.

To request a cancellation, email us at loykinis@yahoo.com as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If an exchange is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Río Grande, Puerto Rico, by arrangement.
